Welcome to the Website of The Colne Valley Miniature Railway. The railway is owned by Evan Bailey and is situated on the site of the Colne Valley Railway, Castle Hedingham, Essex. CO9 3DZ
This is a 7.25 inch gauge railway which gives passengers a ride over some 600 metres of line. The railway runs alongside the standard gauge line of the Colne Valley Railway and is open most days when the main railway site is open (weather permitting), but opening is also subject to volunteer staffing constraints.
The Colne Valley Railway's Admission fee is payable by all visitors.
